Our Premium Cornhole Boards are not just games — they’re heirloom-quality pieces of functional art. Each set is meticulously handcrafted in our workshop from solid hardwood, with extra attention to detail that justifies their premium price.

The Making Process

We start with carefully selected, premium hardwoods. Our signature wood is stunning Curly Maple, prized for its dramatic swirling figure and chatoyancy that catches the light beautifully. The wood is planed, jointed, and precisely cut to create perfectly balanced boards with regulation dimensions and tournament-level playability.

Every board receives multiple coats of high-quality outdoor-grade finish, carefully sanded between coats for an ultra-smooth playing surface that performs consistently while protecting the wood for years of outdoor use. The frames are built rock-solid with reinforced construction, and we add high-quality rope handles for easy carrying.

Because these are fully custom, we take the time to bring your vision to life — whether that’s our signature curly maple or another beautiful hardwood you prefer (walnut, cherry, ash, etc.).

This is a true investment piece. Between the premium curly maple, the extensive handcrafting time, the high-end finish work, regulation tournament standards, and the quality of the included Burlybags — these boards are built to become family treasures that you’ll proudly pass down.

Most mass-produced boards are made quickly with lower-grade materials. Ours are made slowly, with pride, and with materials most companies simply won’t invest in.

Lead time: 3–5 weeks (custom orders may vary). A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
